The residence comprises 50 square metres large apartments on the ground, first and second floor. The apartments are located close to the sea and the historic centre of Marsala.

By car:
- Take the A29 Palermo-Trapani, or the SS115 Trapani-Marsala.
- Once you enter the city, follow the promenade to Centro Storico/Piazza della Repubblica.
- From here, take Via Ludovico Anselmi Correale until Villa Rosario, the base of the apartment complex.
